Ticks all the boxes!
The location was excellent, right at the rocks (check out the sunday markets!). The bar had really original cocktails and great ambience, service was great. I was a little surprised they cleaned our two rooms again only hours after we checked in, even changed our sheets (my partner had cut his leg and there had been a little blood on the doona). The room was on the small side but comfortable bed, huge pillows, block out curtains and fab view. We We got a really good deal on booking.com. this is without my new fav Sydney hotel!

Disappointing for the price
We stayed for one night in May (Deluxe Full Harbour View, 14th floor) before our flight home and had decided to treat ourselves on our last night by spending more than we normally would. We were very disappointed by the small, almost cramped room (seriously, you would get a bigger room in an Ibis or a Travelodge) and the view of the harbour was undermined by the proximity of the hotel to a busy multi-lane freeway in the foreground. There was no free Wi-fi in the room, rather you had to pay $25 for access. This felt a bit steep given that we had already paid c.¿¿240 for the room. I would not recommend staying here. Earlier in our holiday we spent four nights at the Shangri-La hotel which was much cheaper and a 1,000 times better. Do yourself a favour and stay there instead.

Impeccable service
Although the guest rooms are small, they are comfortable and well appointed. The hotel provided consistently impeccable service throughout the stay. Had high quality in-room dining (although two versions of the breakfast menu caused a little confusion). House keeping paid attention to detail and the room was serviced excellently. Looking forward to staying again.

great premier deluxe habour view room
loved the room. was pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded from our deluxe habour view room to premier deluxe habour view room. amenities and view on 31st floor amazing. great pool and fitness facilities and buffet breakfast. in room amenities fantastic covering everything you could possibly need

Underwhelming
We stayed here for 2 nights in a club room after staying 10 days in Hong Kong at The Langham, also in a club room. We were so dissappointed with the Four Seasons. There was NO comparison between the two hotels and felt so underwhelmed by the Four Seasons that we have vowed never to return. If this is your first stay at a 5 star hotel, then you might be swept away however we are regular 5 star hotel customers and the Four Seasons Sydney never made us feel special or pampered, the rooms were adequate but nothing luxurious. The Club lounge was however nice but one shouldn't have to book such an expensive room at the Four Seasons to feel special. We are annoyed that we wasted our money...we should have stayed at the Langham Sydney instead....we will know in future!!
