Amazing service , great rooms , perfect location.
Have stayed here more then 20 times.The staff are superb and always go above and beyond.The value for money is great and the rooms are just spectacular.Location is convenient , would greatly recommend to any travelers or leisure guests for a conviently located , value for money , superb hotel to visit the Cambridge Hotel.

The hotel was in a location that suited us very nicely . The staff and service was very good , we enjoyed the clean rooms , and a nice size , not cramped at all . The staff were very helpful at all times , never to busy to offer advice . We appreciated the decor of the hotel , a lot of restaurants nearby , especially a nice vietnamese one , great night life nearby , would stay again .

Fantastic Staff and Very Comfortable
Cannot say enough about the Staff. Lorraine, Gary and Paul were very professional and always were so willing to help us with any problem or recommendation. They made us feel like we were the only customers they had. The room was clean, the bed was sooo comfortable, the TV worked well and we had an excellent view of the Opera House from our room and balcony. We enjoyed having a refrigerator in the room. It was a good location for us. We felt safe We used the buses, metro and trains the entire week. Anything we needed---you only had to ask the staff and it was done. There was a free bus to the Circular Quay for the ferries. Grocery and pharmacy nearby. Hyde Park was very close. Many things in walking distance. I would recommend this Hotel to any of my friends or family.

Great from start to finish
the staff were freindly and helpful love the location and even though it is always busy nothing is too much to ask from the staffthe only thing i can fault it the size of the car park (but still to have parking that close to city is good)
