Although it was a 1 day complimentary stay from Accor, it was a pleasant and friendly place to put up during your holiday. Location was superb and walking distance to the harbour. Their dinner was held at the pumphouse and the food was great . We had the rib and the lamb for our dinner. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. Good ambience for a drink at their pub. Nice and clean environment .. Good one !

High Novotel standard at a great location
High quality standard of accommodation and service you come to expect from a Novotel Hotel. The room was clean and well set out, king size bed a dream and my wife loved the bath sheets that leave other Hotels behind.I found the $30 Parking at the Entertainment Centre carpark reasonable for Sydney and that would be my tip or you can go for the valet option for an extra $15. Buffet breakfast was reasonable but with the added extra of gluten free bread on offer and eggs cooked to your liking. Small quiet hotel in a good location.

The hotel location is really good, easy to find. Close to the tram and china town & darling harbour. But room was quite old and duvet wasn't clean. so I have to ask to change them. Except the cleanliness i would stay again.

Ok but rooms too small for 3
This is a hotel in a great location central to everything at Darling Harbour, China Town and the City. Clean, well serviced and would suite a couple or business traveller. There were some downsides; the front desk was way too busy and needs either more staff or a reconfiguration; we had our daughter staying with us on a roll-a-way bed (cost $30 per night) which based on the room size was ridiculous. They simply should not allow this as an option. I'd recommend the hotel and a suitable short stay option.

A pleasant surprise
I stayed here for a night in the City with my 5 year old daughter and it was great! Clean, good location, everything we needed. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. It's a perfect 4 star choice.
