One of our best hotel stays, was only there for a couple of nights but were treated like royalty! Staff showed a genuine understanding for service, was greeted by a lovely lad dalankar at our car door and really looked after us during our stay. The breakfast was to die for and the room service was great too. Located in a ideal part of the city, few mins walk to everything! Our room was modern and welcoming but overall the service and friendliness during our stay was standout.Its unfortunate we were only there for a few nights but will stay there next time around again for sure!

Comfortable well equipped hotel in central location with young friendly staff
My colleagues booked this hotel for one night a recent business trip - it was a group booking for all meeting attendees. It was centrally located and good value for money. The room rate included a $50 credit which could be used to pay for food & beverages, so it meant that lunch on the day of arrival and breakfast the following morning was effectively included - not bad for $200. The rooms were well sized, comfortable and nicely furnished - everything you would expect to find in a hotel of this standard. I didn't use the pool/spa facilities so can't comment on that. There were two options for breakfast - the full buffet breakie in the more formal seating area or a cheaper menu at the bar area, which we choose. Both breakfast & lunch at the bar were of a good standard and well priced for a hotel - eggs with spinach & salmon for breakfast and a nice salad for lunch.

My best hotel experience
The staff and the quality of the food are the best features of this hotel. Incredibly friendly and attentive service which went above and beyond. The buffet breakfast was by far the best I have ever had, and even the room service food was amazing.

Still good food !
Didn't stay this time but ate in their lobby restaurant - well worth the visit. The Maitre D is a lovely lady who remembers her guests and does all she can to point out the menus - since my last stay in ADL she actually remembered me and took the time to show me the changes to the menu. Now that's what I call service ! Congratulations on a sensational product.

Very comfortable, good location, easy stay.
Efficient friendly check in. Free room upgrade, lovely decor. Stylish and comfortable. Slight snag was someone tried to charge breakfast to our room but this quickly sorted out without question. Will be back.
