Absolutely Loved It!!!
My sister and I took our Mum to Adelaide as a surprise to visit family and friends for her 80th birthday!We chose Oaks iStay Precinct because we were able to book a 2 bed 2 bath "sky view" apartment and therefore self cater a small "gathering" in Mum's honour on the Saturday afternoon/evening.I mentioned this when I made our reservation about 6 weeks ago, and also requested an especially lovely apartment, if possible!When we arrived at around 10.15pm on Friday evening, the views which greeted us as we walked in the door of our 16th floor apartment were just stunning!The apartment was very well presented (although the carpets were badly stained) and equipped.The staff were fabulous, very friendly, courteous and respectful of Mum, and the elderly guests we had to visit.Couldn't fault our stay and would definitely return - and recommend this property.

So much better than a square box hotel room
So, we booked the iStay for this trip to Adelaide. Having stayed in a number of pretty good hotels, we thought we would give this place a try as the website showed some reasonably good sized mini-apartments.Check in was a bit more cumbersome than with a hotel, a fair few rules to comply with and sign for, but thats understandable if others are looking to party all night and trash the place. We crossed the concourse and made our way up to a one bed apartment, fully functioning, with a large sundeck and kitchen area. Foxtel, whisper quiet air con and even a starter pack to make a cup of tea. We was out for most of the day, with the location being so convenient for the northern and western CBD, and found the apartment to be quiet at night.Fully refreshed with a goods night sleep, we have vowed to always consider iStay in the future.

Best on Tour
My son and I do a "footy trip" every year to different Australian cities. This year it was Launceston and Adelaide (our final two cities). Without a shadow of a doubt our two bedroom apartment at iStay Precinct was our best accommodation across the nation. So good we'll probably go to Adelaide again next year,

Great location but basic amenities
With this new apartment you get basicially what you pay for, It is in a great location but basic things like you get 2 bath towels and a bath mat and thats it no hand towel or face washer are supplied which are basic things normally supplied. They give you a small soap to wash your hands with but there is no where to leave it apart from sitting on the bathroom bench. The shower rose in the shower of our apartment may look great but gives out hardly any water.The most disturbing thing we found was on a saturday night they have a lot of young people stay and this was noticable with the amount of noisy people using the pool and spa while drinking alcohol not a thing most families would like to see or have to put up with.

Great Holiday Adelaide
No complaints at all. Communication was prompt and clear throughout booking / planning and subsequent dealings. Very pleased to have room upgrade, thanks :) My friend and I had a great time, pleasant and helpful desk service - very personable and friendly with humour too. Loved the apartment and happy, all we needed was there and self service no prob for 6 nights, enjoyed the privacy and independence - loved the loop bus and tram, close to CBD. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
