Overlooks One World Trade Center and 9/11 Memorial
We stayed at this hotel for two weekend nights in May after bidding for a four-star hotel in the financial district on Priceline. Although the room was small, it was not as small as rooms in some other NYC hotels. Our room was clean and had updated amenities like a flat-screen TV .We also had a view of One World Trade Center from our room's window. And you can see the city skyline from the 20th floor restaurant/bar, which is open from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.Visitors to the Financial District, the 9/11 Memorial and the Century 21 store will find this location to be convenient. When I arrived at 6:30 p.m. Friday, there wasn't a line at the memorial, so I was able to visit without making an advance reservation.If you want to get to mid-town, it's a 25 to 30-minute subway ride.

Love this hotel
I arrived early (midday) but was able to check in immediately instead of waiting until their official check in time of 3.00pm - this helped enormously. Unfortunately they had not allocated the correct room but this was swiftly remedied by Sophie on reception and a new set of keys sent to me immediately for a room with a terrace, as requested. I cannot fault this hotel, from the reception staff for whom nothing was too much trouble, the staff in the restaurant/bar on the roof terrace, the location and the well appointed rooms. OK there is a considerable amount of work going on with the 911 Memorial centre, which is literally on the doorstep but I was not inconvenienced by the noise from the building work in the vicinity or the volume of people in the area. The view from my room and the roof terrace was amazing - definitely an unforgettable experience.

Great Location
This hotel has a great location to the 911 Memorial and walking distance to PACE University .The rooms are very clean and offer a rather large size bathroom for NY.Every floor offers cold spring water and bottles for filling to take with you .The staff was super,always friendly ,offering their services. Computers and other services available in the neat,clean, welcoming lounge on the ground floor in a warm and comfortable setting. I would recommend this hotel for business and family when visiting NY

Good value hotel that is clean and comfortable in the heart of the Financial District
We had an enjoyable four night stay here. It seems fairly new as everything is clean and comfortable. Our room was a good size and looked out onto the ground zero memorial. We enjoyed sitting on the 20th floor balcony of the bar/restaurant, a pleasant haven after a day of sightseeing. There was no English Breakfast tea in the rooms, but reception managed to find us a good supply when we asked.

Next door to World Trade Center Memorial. Close to subways.
In NYC for 5 Boro Bike Ride. Easy check-in. Allowed early check-in. Staff helpful good security, the room size was good compared to other NYC hotels. It is a great place to stay if you want to bike around NYC. I would stay there again.
