Great stay for the Money
The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly towards me. I found the beds to be very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The manager Katie is an angel. She was very attentive to my situation with being homeless and helped me out on providing me a room at a reasonable rate for my stay till i found housing. The staff in the restaurant were great as well, with wonderful service and good food. During my stays here there were some maintenance issues, but were fixed quickly by the helpful staff. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for your lodging needs.

Old hotel
I stayed here for a staycation for my birthday..the air condition in our room was not working correctly. The rooms looks better in the picture than it does in person.. They may have renovated the rooms but not the hotel..the hotel and elevators and very old and run down. It looks like a Comfort Inn hotel (but comfort inn looks better) Rooms look out dated. I am a native of Las Vegas and never knew this hotel was there so it's small and easy to miss..If u need a place to crash it will do the job but if you want a decent place for vacation there are far better places at the same or cheaper price.

Comfortable sleep.
I went there with a friend just for a night after the grand canyon. The pricing was decent. The room was very large with two king size beds and the matress and pillows did its share of comfort. Howver the layout of of the room was a bit odd I found. It had a narrow path to the bathroom, and the sink was outside of the bathroom. But overall, although not the cleanest look inside, I'll give it a 4/5 for comfort and pricing.

Tired and Threadbare, but Comfortable, Convenient, and Cheap
This hotel is one of contrasts. The location is good - a few blocks off the north end of the Strip, and there is ample, convenient outside parking adjacent to it. But this is an older hotel, and it definitely shows signs of age.Check-in was handled efficiently by a pleasant staff member. The lobby is fairly nice and is clean. The elevators are old, with dirty carpets, chipped paint, and they do not convey a real good first impression.The rooms themselves are large and clean, but the decor looks like it's right out of the 60's, and looks like it hasn't been updated a whole lot since then. The general ambience is a bit on the dark and depressing side. The floor-to-ceiling drapes on the windows were about 2 sizes too large and spilled out on to the floor. The wallpaper was an ugly striped pattern and the berber carpet was generally clean but with a few spots. The furniture appears to be fairly current and was in decent condition, and there was a mini-fridge, microwave, dresser with flat screen TV, and a work desk. The bathroom appears to have been upgraded, with granite counters, and it was - to the hotel's credit - very spotless.The bed was comfortable and delivered a good night's sleep, and I had no difficulty using the free wi-fi connection.I've stayed here before, and while the hotel itself is a bit depressing, the prices are often very cheap, and, since the hotel itself is clean and the beds are comfortable, the fact that the place is a bit run down doesn't bother me. As I've heard it said, all hotels look alike when one is sleeping, and since sleeping is pretty much all I do when I'm in my room, the surroundings themselves don't really matter to me assuming that the room is clean and the location is safe - as this place appears to be.For those who want an inexpensive, reasonably convenient place to stay, and don't care if the place is a bit ragged, this hotel would be a decent choice. My rating of "Average" reflects the overall value delivered for the price paid.

Cheap, quiet and a short walk to the Strip.
We are not people who spend big on hotels even in Las Vegas. This hotel is so cheap, it was a steal to stay here. My wife and I could not believe the price so we tried it to see how bad it could be. The pictures looked great. They always do. It was rather surprising that the room is rather nice. It is on the quiet side of Vegas, spells quiet sleep. The foyer is forgettable and the decoration in the common areas are dated, badly in need of renovation. We don't use any of the common areas anyway. It is also not that close to the Strip although it is only a 10 mins walk. Anyway, it is a decent hotel, the room is large and clean. It is typical of a good 3 stars hotel. This hotel is great if you don't spend a lot of time in the hotel room and you just want a good night sleep. We were out all day. There are so many nice hotel in Las Vegas so choose wisely. On hind sight, I would have preferred another hotel on the Strip.
