Great People and Service
Great experience with the staff at my recent stay here. Albert at the front desk took care of multiple requests without hesitation and greeted me each time I returned and asked about my experiences with his recommendations. Also, Dave was very quick and responsive to coming to fix the curtain in my room. He even asked if there was anything else I needed. This is an ideal location with a guest-focused staff.

Great Place
Great place. Convenient location. Clean rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent housekeeping staff. Nalini was my housekeeper and she did an excellent job every day. Would definitely stay here again. It was great waking up every morning and seeing the freedom tower.

Great place to stay...
I was told the rooms are small but they are quite roomy and very nicely laid out. The staff is amazing! The front desk, although busy, makes everyone feel like the staff is there to make their trip to NY the best it can be. Meet a staff member in the hall and mention you need something - they jump right in and help out. Nalini S. who cleaned my room, was especially helpful and kind. She did an excellent job and made sure everything was to my liking.

Awesome place to stay
We stayed at the Club Quarters World Trade Center. Everything about this hotel is fantastic!Great location and the view from our rooms was bittersweet. 12th floor overlooking the World Trade Center. One of the mornings of our stay, Friday, May 10th, the sphire was actually being connected to the top of One World Trade Center.The hotel is immaculate and the staff is awesome! Dining and drinks on the 20th floor was spectacular!Edward was working the evening we checked in! He is an asset to the hotel! Very personable, friendly and extremely efficient at his job!!! Made our trip great from the very beginning!!

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel close to all the action in downtown Manhattan. Rooms are very nice and well appointed. Housekeeping (Nalini) does an excellent job cleaning and maintaining the room. She even washes my dishes without even asking. I feel spoiled with this kind of service. Will definitely stay again.
