Convenient location, free wifi
Very nice hotel for the given price. The breakfast premises can get busy in the morning, but the food supplied is very good. The luggage storage is offered for a small fee. Subway is conveniently located nearby.

A good hotel at a reasonable price for NY.
This was a clean hotel with all amenities you could need. The breakfast was very good, but the breakfast room a little small for the size of the hotel. An easy ride on the MTA, close to the main visitor sites. Buy a 7 day pass for the MTA if you are staying longer than a couple of nights.

Visit to New York
A fine hotel to visit New-York Manhattan. Metro station at walking distance with direct line to e.g. Rockefeller center. Breakfast room pretty small compared to number of guests. Rooms were clean and fine.

Close to subway and reasonable price
Stayed 4 nights. The Hotel is in a scruffy area of Long Island City but is very close to the subway on line F so only a few minutes from Central Manhattan. We chose it for that reason and because it offered a significant price advantage over hotels in Manhattan, presumably because of the area.The room was a good size with a nice en-suite bathroom. There was a large double bed and a nice desk with office chair at which to work. All was neat and clean except for the carpet which, although not worn, needed the attention of a high suction vacuum cleaner and a professional carpet shampoo. There was complimentary Wi Fi in the room which worked most of the time, although slow; some of the time it stopped.There was a complimentary breakfast but the lounge provided was too small for the hotel and there was inadequate seating at the peak time. There was no reason you could not take you coffee and food back to your room.My contact with the staff was courteous and helpful.Conclusion: would stay again for proximity to subway and price.

Close to the action at reasonable prices
Due to an unbeatable offer, it took our flight but then in the "city that never sleeps".Since our prices of hotels in Manhattan appeared abundant high, we chose this hotel on Long Iceland.200 m walk to the nearest metro station and 4 stops you in the middle of 5th Avenue!Rooms were clean and friendly, though not huge.A good choice if you prefer not 5-star luxury or the noise of Manhattan, but his money would prefer to use for exploring the big city.
