Great Hotel
The hotel was situated just where we needed to be. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.The rooms were very comfortable and the king size bed was just bliss. Rooms were very clean and the maids were very friendly.Every part of the hotel was very clean and fresh.Even though there was no breakfast included, the Buffet Breakfast for $11.99 plus tax was amazing and well worth spending the money. There was a chef to make omelets if you want.I would stay here again that's for sure.Just across from the hotel are other restaurants if you wish or just jump in the car. A great experience, even when the Bills were mixed up it was all sorted without any trouble, no fuss at all just the right prices put in and we were all good to go.

I expect more from a "Sheraton"
The hotel isn't bad but I expect more.First off, service has been slow. Sometimes waiting 10 minutes at the bar just for someone to show up as the bartender is constantly running to the back for food orders.Everything at this hotel is very expensive, just be aware of this. Don't expect to walk to anything, there is an Applebee's a few blocks away but you have to cross a very busy road that has no clear pedestrian crossing.No microwave in my room but there is a fridge. Not sure if other rooms have them.Portable phone was dead on day #1, I am now on day #8 and they still haven't replaced it.TV selection is minimal and movies are very expensive to rent.The hours for the cafe' and restaurant are odd, open late, close early type of stuff. Just be aware that these things are not open all the time, although you can get room service.One positive is that there is an Avis car rental right on site. Overall, not a bad place but just not what I was expecting for a big $$ room. Luckily, my work is paying for it!

Excellent service. Everyone was so nice there.
Everyone gave an excellent service. I could say I would change the restaurant and bar hours since its until 11pm, but still has room service.Breakfast was great. Room was pretty good and clean. Clerk was very kind, so was the lady from the gift shop and the security guard.Very good hotel.

Beautiful property but a little out of the way.
This is a beautiful property with modern rooms and very comfortable beds and bedding. It is a little out of the way and approx. 30 minutes with no traffic from Orlando airport. The bathroom had previous guests' hair which is always a problem for me but other than that the room was clean and most of the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially given the value for your money.

Very bad stay!!!
Upon making the reservations they told my husband that we'd have a smoking patio, we can't smoke in the room but the patio we could, which is understandable (NOT TRUE). Then they told my husband it was an all you can eat hot breakfast every morning (NOT TRUE). The mini fridge was not cooling well. Our toilet was clogged. He booked a double queen room and we got a double bed room. The workers here very bad attitudes and not helpful at all. I highly recommend motel 6 or a tent other than this place. Oh ya and how many hotels/motels have you seen with no microwave in the room or period??? Well this is one of them. They said they didn't even have one we could borrow. DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE PLEASE. IT'S A BAD PLACE TO STAY, YOU WILL WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE.
