A bad night
This was the second time I had stayed at the Meadow Court Inn. Each time, I had a poor nights sleep because the mattress pad has a plastic back. So, every time you move in bed, you hear the sound of crinkling plastic. It also does not breathe well so you end up getting sweaty off and on. On this visit, at arrival in the room, there was hair on the top of the bureau, a malfunctioning alarm clock, and the phone to call the front desk had not cord connecting it to the wall.The location is great, value only fair based on findings on this stay.I will not return here.

Great Value and Location
Stayed for one night on March 28, 2013. The room was in the new building which had 2 double beds.There was plenty of parking and the rooms were very clean. No smell of any sort. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were very quick with the request. Everything went well.The location is just awesome. Just across is the Wegmens grocery store and there is a gas station and a mini strip mall right next to It. Everything is walking distance and Cornell Univ is about a 10 minute or less drive.We will stay at this hotel again.

Beware
This hotel is questionable, at best. It does not give a pleasant appearance and it is not inviting, even for one night. BEWARE of the wireless internet that it advertises. The entire hotel does not have wireless internet only the DELUXE rooms. I would pass and find another place to stay in Ithaca as there are many to choose from.

Just average, needs upgrade
This motel was average for the price. The hall smelled strongly of dirty socks and this also permeated the room. We had to buy air freshener to be able to get through the night. You could tell the housekeepers tried to cover the smell each day when they cleaned. Toilet did not flush well, plunger was in place in bathroom and needed. Checked online and found not to get the cheapest room available, as they put you in another wing of the motel which is worse than the one we stayed in. I saw this happen at check in to another person. The thing that saved us was the location of this motel. It is right across the street from a Wegman's, and Panera, Barnes and Noble and 5 Guys were right down the street. It was also close to Ithaca college where we needed to go. Amazing deli down the street (Ithaca Bakery) that is not to be missed. Will plan better, spend more and stay somewhere else on the next trip there.

It was okay.
The price was very cheap so that is why I decided to stay here. When I arrived I was given a room with one bed when I booked a room with two beds. The toilet had water running issues. The location of it though was great 5 mins from downtown but was not very noisy so it was easy to fall asleep. I would stay here again if I had a quick trip out to ithaca again.
