OUTSTANDING STAY - WAY TO GO REBECCA FELICETTI!
I was also recently (4/28/2013 thru 5/1/2013) at the Hyatt for a conference. There service was second to none. I have never been treated better at any other Hotel! From the moment that I arrived and checked in, Rebecca went out of her way to insure that I had a wonderful stay. She was so genuine and accommodating that my visit was more like visiting friends! I applaud the hospitality that the Hyatt shows to their guests! BRAVO!!!!

Conference at the Hyatt Regency
I recently attended a conference for over 300 people at the Hyatt Regency in Buffalo. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like "Queens for the Day". As a friend of my said who was attending, I felt like a princess. Hats off to the Hyatt Regency staff in Buffalo for their amazing staff and wonderful,clean rooms. You are the best!

Excellent service
I just stayed at the hotel for a convention. The rooms were recently done. They are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The service at the hotel was unbelievable. Every staff went out of their way to ensure that they could provide you as much assistance to make your stay pleasant. The atrium restaurant has a great menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the prices are very reasonable for a hotel, and the food was always fresh and delicious. I would definitely return if I'm in the Buffalo area.

Great Staff
We have stayed at HRB many times and the one constant is the staff. The people of Buffalo are wonderfully friendly, warm and caring and that warmth is on display throughout this hotel. If you need something just ask and a smiling staff memer will be there to help.Upon arriving at the hotel the Valet informs you of the parking arrangements, $20. Valet or $15. self parking both with in & out priveleges. Compared to most cities a great deal. Check in was a breeze and having a Hyatt Gold Passport CC we were given a room that we requested, high floor king. We also received two drink coupons and our requested late checkout. Lots of perks with the card.The hotel was recently renovated and looks great, but it is almost thirty years old and was a former office building so it had some quirks, like the HVAC is sometimes not responsive. We were there April 10-12 and there was a convention in the hotel so the elevators were always crowded, but not a problem. Room Service was always on time, try the Buffalo Chicken breakfast panini "very tasty"! They have a great workout facility, my girlfriend loved it. EB Green's is their full service restaurant, great steaks, sit at the bar and ask for Jimmy C the bartender. It is Downtown and centralto everything, remember it is Buffalo, as they say you can be anywhere in 20 minutes!

Hey Leafs fans! Great place to stay when you're down for a game
Amazing: check in, rooms, guest services, room service, restaurant service and just customer service in general. Even more amazing: the complimentary a la carte breakfast and complimentary alcoholic beverage included in the price of the room. Most amazing thing of all: the free trolley that takes you to the game and back so you don't have to worry about cabbing or walking. Great price, great location and absolutely amazing staff that love Canadians (or do a great job of pretending to). Great job Hyatt!
