Not ritz quality
Unless you are with a large group, do not stay here. It really should be called ritz conference centre. Every night had a different function with parts of the hotel closed off to guests. Loud music and parties going on until past midnight right under your room. One family pool to accommodate conference guests, residents and guests. Limited chairs and crowded pool. Might as well stay in the heart of south beach as it is just as noisey and tacky. Not a ritz quality hotel

Nice getaway
The service was phenomenal and the hotel was very clean as you would expect with the Ritz brand. We decided to stay here because of the tennis faculity and had a blast..however if you're looking hotel only in Miami I would recommend the Four seasons or the JW Marriott on brickle.

The room Parallels a motel 6
Grand entrance that's where it stops. Our room we checked into was horrible from given 2 twin beds not a king to the view of a roof top and asphalt. Dirty green carpet FILTHY right outside our balcony. So far nothing has been done to fix this. We are with a huge group of 200 and the first people we ran into expressed the same concerns. The hotel tried to blame this on the group coordinator. FIX IT MaKE it RIGHT!!!We are supposed to stay a week We have 4 nights with our group then we are out if here and will never come back

loved this place
wife and I stayed for 2 nights in the club level island double room. What a great hotel., the service was great, the food was fantastic, the pools were beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. We found nothing wrong. When I was in the gym the attendant came with cold water; when I was in the spa, they came with juice. The food in the club lounge was also great. The beach is on the property and the water was clean and the 2 pools were clean and very warm. The room was very quiet and everything worked well. thank you for a great get-a-way.

Business mixes well with pleasure at Ritz Key Biscayne
Attended a recent conference for an-all-too-short first visit to the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to enjoy all the amenities given the business time crunch but the Ritz is a great setting that presented both a good stage for business and a nice setting for pleasure as well. The conference facilities, food and beverage quality and service for the group was top notch. On the personal side, my room was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and clean. The grounds were also suitably tropical and well maintained. I got the shore-side view but you can't win 'em all. I've seen some reviewers complain that the Ritz is somewhat isolated from the glitz and buzz of Miami and Miami Beach. For me, that was actually a plus, particularly for a business conference. My only beefs with the weekend were that check-in seemed unreasonably slow and unorganized and elevator capacity and speed seem lacking. All in all, however, I can recommend the hotel for it's exceptional business/pleasure blend. Some time I'll have to go back just for the fun of it.
