Clean, and good location. But that's it
Stayed here for one night. Location is close to Fashion Outlets, and to a ton of services in the area. Room was clean and recently renovated. Overall condition of the property is so-so; older property that has seen better days. A little disappointed that there was no free QI breakfast (hotel has a restaurant instead). For the price, can't complain too much, but will be considering other options if I'm in the area again...

Very Clean Place But Can Be Improved
I stayed one night with my family. It is a very clean place, no doubt. The service was fine. However, the internet connection was terrible. The wireless connection barely worked. All the shops are very near. It is a great place to stay in for 1-3 days. I hope they take actions to make internet connection better. I also hope they give better pillows, the pillows were terrible.

Okay place, but loud guests next door!!
I guess you pay for what you get. It was a nice, clean room, but the people next door were so LOUD all night. A couple of guys laughing and watching TV extremely loud! I called front desk a couple times, they had spoke to the guests and nothing changed. I guess you can expect low-class clientele at an affordable hotel, which is totally no fault of the hotel's. needless to say, I got no sleep, but they did take 10% off our bill. Still not worth it, since all We got the room for was to sleep!

Great Bang for the Buck
We traveled to Niagara Falls on January, 2013. We were looking for a cheap option to travel and this hotel fulfilled our needs. The hotel is not luxurious, but it was clean and the people working there we're nice. If you are looking for a cheap option, this is your way to go. Really close to the park.On another note, we traveled on the off season to Niagara Falls. Even though the Niagara Falls are amazing, many of the jaw dropping attractions like the Cave of the Winds, the boat which comes near the waterfalls, and many others are closed. Summer is the way to go on Niagara Falls.

Too loud
If you book here first call and find out if they have any thing going on in the hall. If they do don't book!! The guest using the hall are able too wander the halls of the hotel all night. We hope the drunks found Krista, we heard them yelling for her all night. We asked the front desk at 1am to cloesed the doors between the hall and rooms, but they keep getting opened. At 2am the guest above us took the party back to there room ,so we got to hear banging dancing and yelling for a couple of more hours. The toilet over flowed and they were great about cleaning it up and fixing the toilet. It is a very clean hotel but the rooms do have a funky smell to them. The breakfeast at the resturant was great. When I asked about a discount for the noise, I was told they could't because we book thought a travel site. So be warned if you if you have any problems and you booked online though a travel site nothing Can be done.
