Best deal you can get for your buck, rooms very clean, pool excellent, continental breakfast good.Best of all really quiet, no traffic noise. I highly recommend this hotel, the people that work there are very polite. It lacks at bit of parking when you get there to late, but ok.I hope this will help on your decision. And it has been newly renovated.

You get what you pay for
65$ + tx for a room you should'nt expect more than that.Paper thin wall, couldn't sleep because of the noise. Bed was fine, good wireless and breakfast. Nice to have a fridge in the room.Close to the Champlain center.

Kitchenette - not really
We were disappointed with how poorly stocked the Kitchenette was....really no dishes, cook wear and a bent fork. Rooms were clean, and otherwise it was "ok". We had stayed before in standard room and would not pay the extra for kitchen again.

A good value.
A motel I've been going to for decades. Quiet, clean and inexpensive. A bit of a hassle when they are renovating but I guess that can't be helped. Close to highway and businesses, but disappointed to see the Ponderosa next door has been sold.

Never again!
Stayed here on Labor Day weekend due to a prior visit two years ago. Since this $78.81 stay was the most reasonable in the area near where we were going to be camping, we took it.We were terribly disappointed! This was an upstairs, corner room at the far end of the complex. It had not seen renovations in years. Wall paper was peeling. TV was a old box type,not flat screen.But...the worst thing was that we found blood stains on the bedding! Yuck! What a "flop house"! Never will we stay in a hole like that again!If we had seen the blood stain in the evening, we would have left right then. However, it was only in the morning that this was spotted.
