Great location!!
Good position, near a lot of attractions, very accessible for public transportation, restaurants, cinema, theaters .... The room was quite nice, not so spacious, but great view, a little bit to warm during night. Wi-fi was ok, everywhere in the hotel, staff friendly. For sure, next time in London, I'll stay here, again.

First rate Hotel
A thoroughly professionally run Hotel that somehow manages to capture the comfortable ambience of the best.Our room (320) has no view and is dark. For us that is a minor issue as we used the room primarily to sleep. The room was slightly warm but I assume it is controlled in the summer. The room and bathroom are quite spacious and provide no sense of claustrophobia. The location for the West end, galleries, tourist activities, museums and shopping is excellentBreakfast is pricey (about ¿¿18) if you only want a coffee and a croissant. The full English was very good indeed.I have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel.

Great location
Great location. Pretty much in the centre of London, but being slightly off Trafalgar Square means it's still quite. Looking out of your window over the London skyline is pretty nice. Within easy reach of the tube or train, and within easy reach of attractions such as Houses of Parliament, National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, West End, etc etc. But good location for just having a wander around the area. Room was very well decorated, staff friendly. Easy check in and check out. Free printing was useful for work too. Highly recommended.

Perfect location
We found this hotel through a web search. When we told the cabbie where we were staying he wasn't quite sure where it was since it shares an address with Club Quarters. When we entered the lobby, we were surprised at how nice it was. Arrived from Paris later in the evening, but did manage to get a drink at the bar, a room that was gorgeous and a staff that was very accomodating. Some of the special things were a surprise like the free water and recyclable bottles. Most hotels charged outrageous prices for a few ml of water.The location couldn't have been better. We were steps from the National Gallery, a few minutes to the theatres to see "The Bodyguard" at the Adelphi and "Rock of Ages" at the Griffin. The underground was about 3 minutes, etc. We ate one meal there prior to theatre and service was excellent; food ok. We didn't go there to eat. Rooms were surprisingly large. We had a closet in Paris for the same price and a poor location! We were comfortable, quiet even overlooking Northumberland and well equipped. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

Great location, shame the room was as hot as the sun!
The location of the hotel is great, near all the main west end sights and a 1 min walk to the nearest tube station. The hotel itself is impressive and the staff friendly and helpful. We were given a room on the 7th floor and had a view(ish) of Big Ben etc (this may of been due to my request at the time of booking but it was nice all the same). However, the room was not massive (but big enough), the bed seemed quite small and there was no bath just a shower. All of these things were just tiny issues however. The only really bad thing that we experienced was the heat of the room. It was boiling!! We called reception and they said they would fix it. It was still boiling but they did send up a much needed, fan. Such a shame as our stay was pretty good otherwise.
