Great location for access to Moscone Center and exploring SF
Stayed at Hotel Fusion for 6 nights Late April-early May for mostly business but with a bit of site-seeing too. It is a nice clean hotel very close to Union Square, not far from the subway and just a 5 minute walk to Moscone West. The staff are efficient and friendly. Free WIFI access was a big plus. The continental breakfast is nice but quite ordinary. My room was roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was fine but only had a shower stall. Location was bit loud as my room was right on Ellis Street where revelers were partying until after 2AM several nights. I don't know if other rooms would have been more quiet. This was not a deal-breaker and I would not hesitate to stay again. Good value for the money

Great location
The hotel is very close to Union Square, the best location in SF. The room is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included. For parking, we had to pay extra $32,00. It is a little bit expensive, but I think is because the location.

Incredible location but cosy room
My husband and I stayed at Hotel Fusion for 5 nights and were blown away at the location to shops and bigger department stores such as Macys, Bloomingdales and the massive Westfield Mall, as well as the excellent dining options that surrounded us. Hotel service was efficient and friendly. The room is cosy and the bathroom is tiny but I think that's expected for most hotels in downtown. The rooms can be a bit stuffy even with the fan on but I heard that most hotels in San Francisco don't need air-conditioning as the weather is usually cool. The breakfast is convenient if you are in a rush or want to save some $. Having free Wifi is a big plus. Overall, good value for money but you can't beat the location.

basic hotel, great location
it was my 4th time ! before we could always open the window, which was nice due to the smell of old room.. this time it wasnt possible anymore. we had booked a double room, which ended u being tiny. when we asked for a bigger room with a bigger bed, we had to pay for the upgrade, which was fine. but that we had to pay for the upgrade upon check out, was a scandal, given the fact they either lost or stole my husbands pyjamas!!!! breakfast is very basic and u have to eat it in your room, but i didnt mind. all is there. location is great, next to union square!! on the weekends it can be very noisy, as a cheap hotel and many youngsters come to party in town and stay at this hotel.

Good value, perfect location, average hotel
The hotel was basic, though comfortable and clean. Please note that not all rooms have air-conditioning. When discovered that my room did not feature air-conditioning, the front-desk staff member kindly offered to upgrade me to a more spacious room. Most of the staff were friendly and efficient. However, some were less efficient and helpful.The hotel is excellent value and in a perfect location for a stay in San Francisco, but please ensure that your room has air-conditioning.
