Nice hotel near metro
This hotel is a good base for sightseeing in Milan. Not too much in the area around the hotel, but we did feel that is was quite safe.There is a large super market and some kebab shops nearby. Hotel is nice, rooms are of an adequate size. We were able to check in when we arrive at 12. At first the air conditioning and the safe in the room did not work however a quick call to reception and 2 staff were in the room within minutes to fix these. There is free wifi throughout the whole hotel, just ask at reception for a code which last 24 hours. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on food. All in all this a good value hotel for what we paid for it.

it was a terrible experience :(
It was a very bad experience with this hotel. I made a booking two days ago by e-mail and I confirmed it yesterday and today by phone, I wanted to be sure because I organize a duty travel for a group for a few days in Milan. Tonight a person from the group arrives there and the receptionist (his name is Bruno) says "NO", because there us no booking in his list!! Of course I called him back and I asked it "why" and he was extremely rude and ignorant, he said he doesn't has to know all the booking in the hotel, and there is no room available!!!! Now, after midnight plan is changed and the group will stay in an other hotel, not in this one . SO IT WAS SO ANNOYING, REALLY ANNOYING.THEY DON'T DESERVE 4*.

Nothing to write home about - don't expect to check in early
The location of this hotel is great. You are literally two blocks from the metro station and can get anywhere around the city. However, walk to and from the metro and do not stop. The neighborhood isn't the greatest.Rooms were small, stuffy and outdated. Beds were rock hard, but that isn't really a surprise being that it's a somewhat cheaper option. The room key is also absurd in size. It's a small barbell and doesn't fit in a small purse or a pocket.Late night bar was a good option considering everything else around was closed. Nice enclosed smoking area too outside - so the boys could have a cigar or two.My biggest complaint was the check in/check out process. We arrived at 8 AM from an overnight flight from NY and the front desk staff refused to make any sort of effort to expedite getting a room ready for us and told us to come back at 1 PM. They weren't booked to capacity the night before, but they still didn't have a room ready for us. Any time we've traveled like this hotels are usually accomodating - especially when we book through a third party vendor like we did. We also know we were the only two couples coming from NY, as there wasn't any other luggage in the bellhop's closet when we put ours in there. We needed two and just begged for one to at least fit in a quick nap before our afternoon tour. The guy at the desk was annoyed we kept coming back to ask, but there was literally no place to change and nothing to do around the hotel. We eventually ended up falling asleep around 12 on the couches in the lobby. All of a sudden the man miraculously found rooms for us, which I think was basically because we were sprawled out snoring in the lobby and people were staring.

Honest 4 Star Hotel next to Metro Stop
I¿¿ve been selecting this hotels given its availability at a good rate during the " Fiera del Mobile" one of the most crowded event in Milan. Staff were helpful and quick to respond. The hotel is 50 m away from Turro Metro stop. Most technical equipment was outdated and not functioning: pay TV did not function. I had 2 single beds, not very comfortable and useless for a single traveller but I¿¿ve been booking a single room and didn¿¿t ask any support (my fault).The concierge employees were exceptionally kind and accommodating. They guided me to a nearby restaurant open late and called before hand to ensure it was open. The Bar and restaurant provide an excellent service however a small room refurbishment would help.

Dont.
They had no heat and it was snowing out. Some old maintence guy came to check my room, said "system" and left. Snow in March isn't unusal here and the temperature controls are all at the front desk. Go figure.Rooms are small, tired. Breakfast staff were downright hostile when I asked for an extra spoon. It is close to the metro, and I have to say the restaurant food was a million times better than breakfast.
