Front Desk Staff Excellent
LA hotels are expensive so for the price it was about average. Linens were clean, employees were exceptional, bathroom was clean except the floors (grout black but should have been gray), breakfast needs an upgrade.

Not so good
The reception staff was nice and friendly. The room itself was fine but my room faced the Washington Blvd and was on the ground floor so it was rather noisy. Also in the morning the cleaning ladies were rather loud and I could hear them talking and moving around from my room before 8am. The continental breakfast was above average.

Great location, reasonable rates, excellent staff!
Just stayed at this place for a week. Great rates. Better location. And excellent staff! Everyone at front desk is beyond helpful, and professional. Nice outdoor setting for breakfast and lunch, too. Rooms are very spacious and clean. My favorite part: No used comforters on the beds. Just a throw; it's the little things!

No complaints
I only didn't give it five stars because a place really has to be top shelf to get a five-star rating. But, like my subject line says, I can't really complain. The price was good, the guys in the office were friendly, and it was surprisingly quiet (over the course of a five-night stay, mind you). I was by myself, so the room size was just fine. The only thing that *maybe* would've been good to have was a microwave, but, no big deal. It's conveniently located too and I would stay there again.

"Great place to stay"
My imprecision of this hotel from the pictures was really iffy but when we got there it was nice. The staff was really nice and checking in was fast. I was amazed on the room, It was very clean,spacious, and cozy. The continental breakfast was great.The only complaint I would have is that the check out time at the office is 11 am, and the check out time on the internet when you book the room shows 12 pm. Other than that I would defiantly stay again.
