Great location
We enjoyed our stay here as it was convenient to walking and using local transit. Once we parked the car, it stayed in the complimentary underground parking for the weekend. Our room was clean and quiet, once the outside traffic noise died down for the night. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was included in the reasonable April rate. We will stay here again.

Good spot - close to town and supermarket. Bus No 19 will take you down to town.Spacious - pretty quiet room with TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker.Good breakfast - crowded dining room.Our room had stinky bathroom and semi clogged bathtub. Great, very helpful reception service.The king beds were comfortable.

Anyone who knows Vancouver knows how pricey hotels are there.This hotel gives the best value for dollar in this city.Included with your room is parking (limited though it is)' and continental breakfast.The breakfast room is modest, and can be crowded, but overflow is allowed in lobby, or take it back to your room.Lobby staff is friendly & attentive, and any special request one may have is considered respectfullyAnd accommodated if at all possible.My recent stay saw staff go out of their way for me, and I'll never forget it.Take earplugs along, it is on a very busy street

Completely satisfied
Very good spot, in a silent and beautiful neighborhood. Surprisingly beautiful rooms, with many amenities. The rooms are quiet and spacious. Cleanliness is guaranteed. the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and sufficiently big for two people. The breakfast was really good, with a wide choice of pastry and diary products. The personnel was polite and willing to serve us. There was free parking, which was a plus for the security of the car during the night. The wifi service was also convenient. An excellent choice for singles, couples or families.

Bang for buck!
This place has great service, great value, very clean, and centrally located in a very nice part of town. Much better than those "downtown" hotels, which, quite frankly, is not Vancouver's best face forward. I am all for grit, but when on vacation, I want to stay at a hotel located on a nice quiet block in a safe neighborhood. Everything (apart from the small size of our room) was perfect. There was free underground parking (tight, but no worse than any other underground lot in the city), complimentary breakfast that alternated between bacon, sausage, and sausage links (they had me at bacon), and the staff were friendly. Located across the street from a supermarket and a mall (which had a shoppers, where we got our bus tickets), and close to MANY bus lines, Main Street, and W/E Broadway. Note: there was no fridge in our hotel, but with as many food options as there are nearby, why are you saving leftovers anyway?
