I LOVE this place!
I travel to Redwood Shores on business regularly and this hotel is my home away from home. Friendly front-desk staff, clean room with a full kitchenette, quiet neighbors, safe neighborhood close to highway and shopping, complimentary muffins/fruit/coffee in the morning. All this at a great price. Highly recommended for business travelers.

Perfect Short Overnight Stay
Due to a late flight, I didn't arrive at the Hotel until around 3 AM and the after-hours check in was super fast and the attendant very courteous. Easy & free parking, the room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable and allowed me to get in some quality winks before I had to get up and head out. Check-out was a breeze and I was on my way to Palo Alto. For those needing a quick stay hotel after a long haul fight, can't beat the location and quality service.

The dog loved it
Very comfortable 2 queen room with kitchen. Clean and enjoyable. We were able to have our dog(chocolate lab) there for $25/night. the TV only had a few channels and had no Menu to see what was on. We had stayed next door at the MOtel 6 and this was 150% better, but the price was also higher at the Extended stay.

Good if staying for a quick stay
Pros: its inexpensive, decent beds, nice walk in shower and a kitchenette.Cons: the walls are paper thin, rooms are not very appealing (but you get what you pay for), the breakfast is not worth calling breakfast, there's no business area for computer use or printing, the hallway smells like smoke even the non-smoking floors (so I guess they have poor ventilation) and lastly you rarely find someone behind the desk for assistance. So if the cons are not deal-breaking its a decent spot.

Good hotel but not many amenities
I stayed here for 4 nights and although I had no problems with the room, I would not stay here again. There aren't any places to walk to such as shopping or food. There isn't a hot tub, fitness center, or walking trails nearby. You basically have to drive anywhere. Also I would suggest more frequent room cleaning. For 4 nights, I didn't get any cleaning. I had to ask for towels and soap, etc when I ran out of them. I also thought the room was a bit noisy. It's right next to the freeway and there also was a buzz of the fridge. Other than that it was close to my business training. This was the only plus for me. I'd prefer to stay at a hotel with more amenities and housekeeping.
