Don't stay here. Poor service
We had booked and paid for this hotel months in advance but when we arrived at 10pm we were told they had sold our room to someone else as they had a business conference going on and they wanted to keep them happy. They had booked us into The Ignacio Hotel, St Louis instead and they would meet the cost. The receptionist was rude and very abrupt. They had sold our room and that was the end of it! She said they were very sorry but there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was the superior staff member. We didn't see the rooms so can't comment. We would recommend the Ignacio, very modern and immaculate, excellent friendly staff.

Three City Tour - Second City
We decided to do something a little different this year and visit 3 US cities and travel between them by train, Amtrak to be exact.Our second city was St Louis and here we stayed in the Omni Majestic for a 3 night stay.We found the hotel to be good hotel, very close to the city centre, the Gateway arch and all the sights. We had a great room and were very comfortable throughout our stay.The restaurant was situated in the bar and served some very good food though the menu was limited in choice. Hotel decor was a little dated but in no way detracted from our very pleasant stay.Can only recommend.

Impeccable Hospitality
This was our first stay at the Omni Majestic. It is within walking distance of any of the great architectural sites and they have a free shuttle that takes you within a three mile radius.The staff was outstanding in their hospitality. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. While we had a great corner view of the Civil Courts and Southern Bell buildings, this is not a place for the views but rather for the comforts. The hotel restaurant - The Mahogany Grille -was ok. We had a good breakfast, I cannot speak for the other foods but never did it seem busy. There are lots of places for the younger, lounge and bar crowd over on Washington Street. Make sure to join their rewards program which entitles you to complimentary WiFi and morning in room beverage.The price point was on the spot. A great value compared to its competitors closer to the Arch and so much quieter away from the raucous sports fans and noisy tourists.It will be our primary choice of lodging when visiting this city.

Omni Hotel eperience
This hotel hands down had the best staff of any hotel in the world I've ever been at. I almost had to go into the hospital with a upper respiratory infection as a result of the increase in mold spores do to the damp weather. We left early and I am still recovering. Not good for folks with hay fever etc. Note: hotel management spend the money on having your air ducts cleaned. When the heat was turned on I could not stop sneezing and coughing. Took two days to determine the cause was the air ducts. When I was in the exercise room I was perfectly fine. We stayed in room 303. Have a relative you want to suffer? Send them to room 303 at the Omni.

OMNI as usual
Very nice and confortable stay at the Majestic. Excellent location, and close to excellent restaurants. Service and rooms were very nice. I will come back with my family to spend summer holidays for sure.
