Airport Hotel...I think not
Unfortunately due to Miami immigration not caring about people's travel plans, we missed our connection to London after waiting for more than 3 hours in the immigration queue. After spending another 3 hours in a queue to rebook our flights we were offered a discount at this "airport hotel" by American Airlines.Yes it was cheap but what a dismal place. Firstly, it was a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport so hardly an airport hotel...there were much closer. The mini bus only took about 5 people too so we had to get a cab or we would have been waiting for hours. By the time we got there (12.30am), in desperate need of a drink, the bar was closed. No mini bar. No room service. Very tired reception, stained carpets, grubby bathroom, ancient room fittings, dismal view overlooking the flyover. People talking outside our room until 3am.I would not recommend staying here, even if like us you were just laying over because of a missed flight. Spend the extra money and at least have a nice night in a South Beach hotel.

Farina's pizza SUCKS !!!

When I finally got the food the garlic bread/rolls or whatever they were, were hard as a rock and no garlic on them and th steak and cheese subs didn't have any steak on them . It was just some kind of mystery meat that was not anything near steak. Major FAIL with Farina's fake pizzeria.

Is crying for help
We love to stay in this hotel, but from last time to now is in bad shape, the carpets in the halls are so dirty, need to be replace now!, the door to our room was so filthy, I won't touch with my hands, needs paint now!, the bathtub has rust all over the base, come on, just a little paint will solve this problem. Our room smell to smoke (even that is a smoke free room), can you image, we both are allergic, today we are starting to feel better of our headache and allergy. This hotel is crying for a good maintenance, is a shame because we love to stay here, but not next time, I'm sorry.

Farina pizzeria
Whatever you do....DO NOT order from farina pizzeria!!!!! Worst food u will ever have in your entire life! I walked into my room & the menu was on the floor & it sounded good so I decided to order (HUGE MISTAKE) garlic rolls had not one ounce of garlic, pasta had not sauce & meatballs were the size of dimes, pizza was completely dry & cold! Disgusting food DO NOT order!!!!

Dirty!!
The give a smoking room in the smoker level, with a terrible odor; the room carpet is dirty and impossible to place you feet on it, hair in the bathroom,etc. People at nigh talk aloud down the corridors. No security at all. It is impossible to park on Friday night as there is a disco in the lobby and get crowd at night.
