Rip off for those staying overnight at Heathrow
This hotel like others around Heathrow makes it really difficult for the traveler to get a good deal when staying over in London on route to another destination. I booked the hotel [which struggles to be a three star] for 95 pounds at the airport and told indicated that I would be laving at 4.40am. The receptionist clearly indicated that I would have breakfast before leaving and this charge included 15 ponds for the breakfast. I arrived at 11 pm and needed something to eat. I got an ok sandwich as the restaurant was closed along with a beer which had a stale taste. Frankly not at all very nice.The shower was awful much too strong pressure which would have made it impossible for an elderly person or a child to use it..On checking out without breakfast for which I paid, the guys at reception had no interest but to check if one had paid for everything. No morning greeting, no how was your stay: just what room were you in and nothing else.Going through London, especially when changing from Gatwick to Heathrow is a nightmare when hotel and transport costs are included. Two days in London can be more expensive than the flight from Asia or Africa.

Wonderful hotel fora legoland visit
When we booked our legoland deal we really weren't expecting much, just a clean basic room to sleep,as the price was so good.Well we were so surprised to find out different.Check in : staff were wonderfully cheerful, helpful and lovely to our child. There was a check in card for the child to take to the bar for milk and cookies, a wonderful start, then an activity pack too. Room : clean and comfortable, channel 11 is nickelodeon which was perfect to keep someone amused while we unpacked.Lounge: there are Xbox games and screen for the children and games/toys. The bar man was wonderful and always happy to change games no matter how busy he was or how often he was asked. Please pass on our thanks. Lovely family atmosphere where we could relax after a tiring day at legoland. Dinner: delicious but small portion of fish which my husband was shocked and still hungry afterwards, delicious but tiny like a starter. I had pork belly which was perfect and the childrens menu was brilliant. Breakfast: wow! Absolutely delicious and loads of choice.We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.Thank you to all.

Customer Service, What a joke!
I cannot believe how shocking your customer support is! I'm getting married on 22nd June 2013 and tried to book your London Heathrow hotel to stay in for the night with my new husband. It states on your website that free hot breakfast is included, I rang the hotel to confirm and the manager said no this is not the case, check with reservations on 0800444444. I rang this number and the woman couldn't even find your London Heathrow hotel to check, even though I explained Heathrow airport is THE biggest one in Britain she still hadn't heard of it. This is a real shame as my parents often visit from Newcastle and have previously stayed at the Premier inn, just up the road. I had told them to book with you in future, but will now tell them not to bother as no one has a clue!

Value for money :)
One night stopover whilst we visited legoland. Hotel was very busy, however all staff we dealt with we're courteous and polite. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and made a fuss of our youngest son (much appreciated after a tiring day at a theme park!). Food in the restaurant was lovely and well presented, the room we had was comfortable and more than adequate for our needs...it was well worth the money we paid (its not the Hilton but its not the Hilton's prices either!!!). Happy travellers who had a good nights sleep too!!! :)

Very Disappointing
We had a one night stopover in London so decided to stay close to the airport. We booked this hotel at Heathrow and were charged 220 pounds so expected something good. First of all the lift was not working all the time we were there. The beds were so hard that we could'nt sleep. The service in the dining room was very slow, waited 1 hour for food.The waiters were sullen and unhelpful.I think it should be called The uncomfortable Inn. Would not recommend this place.
