Great daytime location,not so for the night.
Couldn't fault the hotel. Very nice room with a view of St Paul's Cathedral,lots of nice little extras e.g. a cupboard where you could help yourself to teabags, coffee, milk and extra pillows plus a water dispenser with plastic bottles.The only downside came to light when we returned to the area at about 11pm, following the concert we attended, to discover that everything was closed! We had hoped to have a few drinks and a meal, but ended up with a McDonalds which was the only place open. (It was a Saturday night)

Modest hotel, great location
Business hotel with no frills and no wifi charges. Clean and comfortable - fit for purpose for business travelers looking for a place to crash only in the nights and don't have time to spend in the hotel.

Well furnished large rooms right in the city
These rooms are very spacious and include a fridge and microwave. A central London location with good security. Excellent choices at breakfast and good bistro. Would stay again if working in the city.

Fantastic hotel option
This was my first time at this hotel and was booked as it was the nearest and affordable hotel to where I needed to be. I think this hotel is excellent value for money for a London hotel, I only booked a small double room but my goodness, the bedroom part was relatively compact but fabulous comfy double bed, crisp white sheets, large screen tv, but then you walked into a loung/kitchenette fitted with microwave, fridge, hob, table to dine at, another large screen tv and a 2 seater sofa. This allowed to purchase food from M&S round the corner from the hotel and microwave it in my room whilst watching tv, a real home from home and excellent for us travelling alone females who often dont want to sit in restraunts on our own. Fantastic location approx 20 paces from St Pauls Catherdral. There are loads of bars, cafe's and other eating options available just across the road from the hotel if you are staying as a couple or with friends, family or colleagues. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definately use it again.

Mini/no bar
Entering club quarters is fairly underwhelming, with a one operator reception desk to the left and computer terminal check-in facitlities to the right, which were simple to use and also didn't need to know if I'd 'had a nice day/trip' or which paper I wanted. Which was good.The room however, despite being spotless with good linen and toiletries,was very small. A queen bed, its headboard against one wall, left an 18 inch gap between its foot and the opposite wall. While not uncomfortable, or particularly cramped, it felt like bad value for money compared to perhaps what ¿¿180.00 may have bought elsewhere. The there's the bar, or lack of it. The Cote restaurant on the ground floor acts as the hotels catering facility, and its very nice, the foods ok and the staff friendly, however, I had arrived late, ordered some supper and wine, and then entered into a lengthy phone conversation which ended at 11.15. Asked for another glass and was informed the bar was closed, I mentioned I was staying in the hotel, but apparently that makes no difference.So, don't go to a function and return to CQ expecting a night cap. Probably a dormitory hotel for conscientious business types, not families or trippers.
