Great experience - but actually 10min drive from Maitland
Staff were very friendly and helfpul, rooms were a good size with good facilities, easy to find and park at... was overall a very good experience.Only two minor downsides to be aware of:- while marketed as the 'Mercure Maitland' the hotel is actually in Rutherford, which is 10min drive out of Maitland- depending where you stay in the complex there can be noise from the highway - only a problem if you are a light sleeper (my mum noticed but I didn't!) - just make sure they put you in a quiter room

New, clean, quiet and everything worked.
The room was in excellent condition and the motel appears relatively new. Quick check in and checkout. Very comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom. Off the highway so there was no traffic noise. Slept like a log.

Overnight Business Stay
Have to be honest I was a little disappointed, room had a musty smell to it. Parking which obviously is not easy to police meant I couldn't park directly outside of the room. I expected a little more from this property at the price for the room. Staff the next morning thoroughly lovely when I had a few enquiries about the surrounding area.

Wonderful location
We stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend and were extremely happy with the rooms and location. Rooms are beautifully refurbished and lovely, spacious and the fact there is a hotel with great food and music located on site is such a plus. The meals at the hotel nearby are very generous and delicious and there is a McDonalds and petrol station across the road. We were visiting for a basketball tournament and will 100% stay here again. Very happy with our stay.

Clean, modern and conservative subtle furnishings
a delightful honest and natural property and excellent value for money. The two receptionists we had contact with were glowing with pride and loyalty for their property and this in turn gave us excellent customer service. The rooms were comfortable without being plush or over the top, comfortable and good quality.
