This is an excellent motel with clean, well equipped and very comfortable modern rooms. The location is good with the centre of town only a short distance away and there are a wide selection of restaurants and takeaways close by. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall an ideal base in the Warwick area which we would recommend to other travellers.

We had a 2 nights stay in this motel which is within the city close to main business area. It is off the highway and the rooms are at the rear of the property which ensure a quiet night. We had to stop here as unfortunately our car broke down and the spare part was to take more than a day to come. Rental car was not available and we were offered lift by the management from the workshop which was a warm gesture. The rooms were simple and comfortable. As we were to get the car in the eve, we were offered a room to keep our luggage and relax if required. In all comfortable stay with appropriate care taken. Cheers !!

We had a one night stay in this motel which is within the city area but not too close to the business end of town. It was off the highway and the rooms were at the rear of the property which ensured a quiet night. The rooms were a good size with a single bed, settee and table and chairs, microwave, free wi fi and recently refurbished bathroom. There were several breakfast options and we chose the continental breakfast which was delivered to our room the previous evening. It was exactly what we wanted for our visit.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights; wanted something nice (not a lot of up-market hotels in Warwick), so chose the 'queen delux spa' room in this hotel, which is situated in the old house at the front of the hotel. Looked gorgeous on the internet; full of old world charm which it definitely had with lofty ceilings, open fire place and period furniture.PROS:-close to everything in town-lovely big room-shower was terrific-spa looked great (didn't try)-top quality sheeting-comfortable new mattress-little extras like good quality tea/coffee/ biscuits-nice toiletries-clean and room servicing was timelyCONS:-french doors between bedroom and ensuite did not close properly meaning no privacy for using toilet (BIG minus).-glass pane above door between room and hallway meant hallway light shines in and lights up whole room - particularly annoying in middle of night when other guests enter and turn it on. -'ventilation' window in bathroom meant no way to shut out very loud noise from pool area.-Poor customer service; nothing explained, not shown around - didn't even know they had a bistro on the premises till noticed it on last night there.-Free wifi, but very very slow.-smoking area right outside allowing cigarette smoke to waft in.It wasn't a terrible experience, but for $140 per night, we wont be returning.

Comfort Inn WarwickThe hotel is located close to the town centre and presents as clean, modern and friendly. The rooms are a good size and whilst only containing basic furnishings they were comfortable. The modelled bathrooms were excellent but the energy saving shower head was a little bit of a let down with regard to water pressure and flow. The overall property was well presented and the pool a refreshing spot after a warm day travelling. Well priced and rated for the style of accommodation and we would certainly turn to this hotel.
