Good value
The suite my family & I stayed in was spacious, clean, bright, modern, quiet & reasonably priced, a real rarity in a city infamous for its cramped, dreary & expensive hotel rooms. The location couldn't be beat. This hotel is close to the Regents Park & the Warren St tube & Euston railway stations. From the latter, we took the train to Watford Junction, the stop for the Warner Bros Studio where the Harry Potter films were made. Our room overlooked a small, tidy playground, an asset for travelers with children, & there were plenty of good pubs, caf¿¿s & restaurants within walking distance. The fridge in the room allowed us to bring leftovers back. Finally, the staff were extremely courteous &, contrary to stereotypes of the British, downright friendly.

Pleasant Stay, Lovely Staff
Stayed for a week on business. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was small, but perfectly adequate for my needs. Particularly impressed that there was a fridge in the room, meant I could have my milk for my tea.Breakfast was a bit of a let down though. Had to queue every day to be seated and the cooked food was always cold (freezing baked beans!)Room was very loud, I was right over Tottenham Court Road. Had brought my earplugs which meant I got some sleep.Good location for my work, easy to walk most places and right next to Warren Street tube station.Overall a good place to base yourself if you're in London for a few days.

great hotel & location
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in April 2013. It was a lovely hotel, very comfortable, decent sized rooms for abroad, excellent helpful staff and a great location. It was a 1/4 of a block from the tube station and a bus stop almost in front of it. It was about $230 per night which is comparable for central London.I would definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel / Perfect location for Tube / Theatre Break
Stayed here in January with my husband and another couple for a weekend Theatre break in London.We were very impressed with this hotel; only problem was finding hotel as main entrance was hidden away. But we found it in the end.Concierge was really helpful suggesting best place to park. Hotel was minutes away from the nearest Tube Station.It was clear and had a lovely modern bar to have pre drinks in before heading out for dinner.We even had breakfast one morning; only fault was that one person in our party struggled; as for vegetarians there wasn¿¿¿t a great selection. But the rest of us really enjoyed it.There is a Spa it looked nice - but we didnt get time to try it out.

Not the quality that I expected from the price
I took my girlfriend away for the weekend for her birthday. Arrived at the hotel, looked very nice, staff were very friendly. Expected a 4* hotel, the room way tiny, loud guests outside the door made it difficult to sleep. The fan/heating system was very loud. When turned off, you can hear the fans in the other rooms. The bed was extreamely uncomfortable, solid matress and hard pillows. Like I said, hotel is nice, room was not up to standard. Breakfast was ok but food was not fantastic, seemed as if it had been left out for a while. Not planning to stay there again.
