Location is excellent
Spent 6 days here. All were excellent and breakfast had plenty of choices and good quality.Price was reasonable for London. Room was clean and of reasonable size. Bathroom was excellent with RAIN shower as well as normal shower head.Room service was fast and efficient and reasonable choices and prices. Especially late night after the restaurant closed. Returning from Paris at 11-30 they still provided great food.

Comfort, location & service
The Pullman was perfect.I always stay in the Kings Cross / St. Pancras area in London, but I usually prefer smaller, boutique hotels. This time I tried a chain and turns out I am glad I did.The room was fantastic with a comfy bed, great amenities and a chocolate on my pillow every night. The bathroom was clean and the rainfall showerhead was wonderful.The restaurant provided me with a substantial buffet breakfast every morning and a great meal on my last night.The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, in particular the girls running the breakfast buffet in the mornings, who made everyone feel at home.Even though this is a chain hotel with hundreds of rooms it is a well run hotel with high standards of customer service in a location that is so handy to the Eurostar. Nearby Kings Cross Station gives you access to most tube lines and the walk from the hotel to Oxford St, Soho, The West End & Leicester Square is easy. There is also a Pret a Manger directly across the road - handy for lunch.Loved it.

Excellent hotell in the heart of London
Beautiful hotel next door to St Pancras Station. Rooms are spacious and well presented - bathrooms lovely. Breakfast is excellent with a huge choice of very tasty options. Perhaps one of the best features of this hotel - apart from it being very stylish and luxurious - is the staff who couldn't be more helpful or pleasant. All in all - a very very good hotel

Nice Place to Stay for a Quick London Trip
The Pullman London St Pancras is ideally located if you arrive by Eurostar. I arrived at the hotel early (around 10AM): the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful yet the service can sometime be quite slow. Even though they were not yet able to give me a room key, I checked in and left my bags at reception.The room itself is modern and spacious but the bathroom is rather small. Hygiene is good yet the windows could use some cleaning (especially in the glass elevator in the middle).The business/computer area is really helpful and nice. One can print off information for free as well as access the Internet.I decided to eat at the restaurant in the evening because I had to get up early. Before, a receptionist had given me a flyer, on which it said I would receive 15% off at dinner. However, once there, they told me you need to make an online reservation beforehand in order for the voucher to be valid (this is not stated on the flyer). After I complained, I still received the discount. Here too, service was somewhat slower. The next day, in the afternoon, I had a drink at the bar. The staff did not pass by very often (the bar is located on the other side of the restaurant) so some opportunities to order more were missed.Overall, this is a very good hotel for city trips since it is well-located, modern and has good service.

Great choice for hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights just now. Wonderful hotel and the level of service was great. I was impressed with the service, and while service levels is very much open to personal interpretation and is subjective, overall i had no quarms. Stayed in a standard room, a little on the small side but we had a twin room and was still very comfy, plus who stays in a room when you are on holidays? If you are a size queen then upgrade to a deluxe. I was sharing with a friend and my only feedback is the bathroom has frosted glass with a large full size wall mirror opposite, resulting in the silhouette of the person on the loo in the mirror can be seen from the beds,Overall, I'd stay here again great location and easy to the tube.
