Did the job
Well it's not the newest hotel, but maybe they have changed now, because I think they were going to. It was comfartable, clean and a very helpful staff. It is not really in the center, but Buffalo center was not for us, we, of course, wanted just to see the Niagra Falls. The hotel is for 1 or 2 nights a good and affordable stay.

Very friendly staff
This is a older hotel. They are updating the air controls in the rooms but we happen to get one of the older controls. Once the maintenance man came to show us how to work it everything was fine. The bathrooms a on the small side. Cozy beds and spacious room. The staff was very friendly. We took advantage of the kids eat free in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was great! Yummy food for a great price. We would stay there again.

Convenient to Downtown
The hotel is an older property but has been updated and renewed. The staff was helpful, friendly and accomodating. We had a beautiful view of the city, Lake Erie, and Canada from our 8th floor room. A little disappointed with the lack of electrical outlets in the room. We had a nice new refridgerator and microwave in our room. We were very impressed with the quality of the food that was served in the restaurant and the Bin 620 cappacino/wine bar. Bin 620 was very welcoming with the comfortable seating and fireplace. The location of the hotel is close to Downtown and the local nightlife. The free parking is a nice plus. Would definatlely recommend as well as return if we find ourselves shuffling off back to Buffalo!

Great hospitality!
Stayed 2 nights for business. When I checked in, they were setting up a table with sangria and water as a complimentary treat for guests: very nice! All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and fairly quiet (woken up once by sirens the first night but otherwise slept great).

To expensive for what you get
This is a old hotel. With today's electronics you need power outlets. My room had very few of them. The one in the lamp near the bed didn't even work. The frig in the room was a little loud when it came on, that humming sound. The rooms were comfortable but not for the price that they charged. I have had much better rooms for much less than what this place charges. The people were friendly and helpful. My room was on the seventh floor being a platinum member.
