Room was clean and tidy with all the usual amenities like TV, fridge etc. Bathroom is a little tired and although nothing was wrong with it, it could probably do with a revamp sometime soon. It is on the main street but about 1km out of town.

Nice location 2min by car to town or 15 min walk. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Fully stocked mini bar. Foxtel. Have had better cooked breakfasts, very basic for what you pay for. Friendly staff. Great shower. Would stay again.

Liked my stay here. Lasted 4 nights. The staff are friendly and willing to help, there is also FREE WIFI in every room. The only let down was the restaurant. It was expensive and food a bit average for the price! Did not finish my meal.Reasonably close to town and pubs. Very transient population of 'workers' seem to stay there. A good reasonably priced base for any length of time in Kalgoorlie.

This was my fourth stay here and again I was welcomed by friendly staff at reception and given a quiet pool side room near the back away from the noisy main road traffic. Entering my room I was very pleased with the updated look but was a bit shocked to find I was standing on wet carpet when putting my beers in the fridge. Obviously someone had turned the fridge dial to defrost the previous day. Anyway cranked it up and beers were cold pretty quickly.I was not happy with Foxtel channels being in non widescreen (stretched) format on the widescreen TV and noticed they still had an announcement from last stay 6 months ago that they are upgrading the TV service. The HD digital channels were reporting bad signal and not working half the time as well. The Restaurant was very pleasant but small and you need to book or otherwise it is booked out and you will be offered room service. My Steak was cooked to perfection but I found that the vegetables tasted like they had been pre cooked then microwaved...not good enough for a $40+ meal.Overall a pleasant experience and staff are very friendly.

We stayed here two nights on our way North and we were very pleased to have done so. We were greeted warmly on our arrival and our room was excellent - spacious, clean and well furnished. The hotel is conveniently situated just outside of the main part of town but close enough to walk if you have the energy. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows lovely and soft. The WiFi works very well and connection was easy.If you get the chance have a meal at the in-house restaurant do so - we did on the first night and returned the second. The food is superb - well cooked and a good price. Overall I would certainly recommend this hotel.
