One Night Stay
We had one night in Vegas and needed a place to stay in the heart of everything. Bill's is right in the middle on the center part of the strip. We were there on Wednesday so we got a good rate and paid an extra $10 for a room on the corner.Pros:-Location, Location Location - You can walk right out the door and you're on the strip to many of the largest Hotels in Vegas-Our room was large-Good Restaurant on-site-Tix4Tonight is located at this Hotel/CasinoCons:-Showing some of it's ageWe had some great views of the Bellagio Fountains and Paris's Eiffel tower from our room.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.....period!!!
I will admit this is a nice location on the strip but I knew I was in trouble when I got to the "lobby" which is literally 5 floor tiles ropes off at the front desk in the middle of the casino. We were scheduled to stay 5 nights but when the top which stunk was noisy and run down had our shower sink and toilet clog in the first 6 hours of being there my wife and I literally check out at 3 am the first night and went an checked in at the flamingo. Stay away is all I will say.

Going to miss you
We recently learned about the renovation at Bills. Really sad to see the old casino go. I never used it as hotel but frequented the casino many times. We so loved the old charm. Servers were great and excellent atmosphere at the craps tables. We did visit the old steak house. It was like stepping back in time, nostalgic red velvet decor really made it feel like old Vegas. Steaks were great too. Disappointed that after all these years they are going to renovate. I reviewed pictures of the new casino / boutique, it looks nice but it just won't be the same. We will definitely miss Bills Gambling Hall.

Reasonable rates
I'm not a gambler, so I cannot rate the Casino, only the hotel and rooms. We loved the location, close to everything and the price was reasonable. Nevertheless, the hotel is old, the rooms are dark (I speak for ours) and is in need of upkeep. Elevators did not give us a sense of safety, and access seemed a little complicated. Loved the old decorations though, (see photos). I just read that this hotel was recently closed (Feb 4th 2013). I hope it is undergoing remodeling and does not disappear.

Oh baby Im glad I came here.
If you go to Vegas for the same reasons I go its 25% entertainment and 75% gambling. I have gone from hotel to hotel aimlessly gaming and trying to get someone to recognize that I just played roulette for 2 hrs and had 2K on the table. One night I stumble out of Bellagio and across the street into Bills (OG vegasers remember it as Barbary Coast). I walk up to the BJ table drop off the two wives with $300 each and take my buddy to the wheel. We pull out about $1000 total and the pit boss comes over and assigned the 4 of us a hot private waitress. She just stood there while we played and went to get us anything we wanted. We played for 9 hours and they swapped waitresses every 3 hrs or so. We ate steak and lobster on the house twice during our session. At one point we were so far ahead the dealers started to allow our wives to see the next card while they were playing BJ. It was insane. After we were done thay gave us their best room. Everytime I go to Vegas I stop into Bills. They still remember me and its been 4 years since the first night. GO ! ! ! !
