I found the hotel ok, so the low rating is mainly linked to the misleading name. The rooms are ok, beds comfortable, bathrooms nice. However, what I needed was an airport hotel. And despite its name this hotel is not really one. It is about 7 miles away from the airport, and the shuttle only goes once an hour. So if you are unlucky, like me, you will be standing on the curb for about an hour, while you see the shuttles of Day's Inn, Comfort Inn, La Quinta etc. driving by every 5 minutes. Also the "shuttle" does not run early in the morning. In my case I arrived at 9pm. Was out of the airport at 9.20pm. Shuttle showed up around 10.05pm but we waited for others, so finally left the airport at 10.25pm. By the time I had finally checked into my room it was 11pm. Also I found out that the shuttles only start running at 6am. So had to take a taxi for 35 USD. So in case you have time to spare and are not in a hurry, it is a good option (much more comfortable than for example Day's Inn). But do make sure to call the hotel as soon as you land, so the shuttle driver knows to wait for you or they can tell you when the shuttle will come next time, so you can spend your time in a restaurant instead of standing on the curb longingly looking at all the other hotels' shuttles driving by. If loosing one hour is a problem, because like me you arrive late and leave very early the next morning, I would definitely avoid this hotel. Adding the 35USD I needed to pay for the taxi, I could have afforded something nice right next to the airport. I have to add though that they do mention all of this on their website. I just booked them via a hotel booking site and seeing the name, I thought they would be close to the airport and as it said they provide a shuttle, I just assumed that means the same as for the other airport hotels (i.e. a bus going back and forth all the time). So it was my mistake and not the hotel's and staff's fault. This review is just a warning to other travellers who like me might not take the time to check out the exact shuttle times on the website.

I think i was thinking about the brand and the great advertised price when i booked this hotel, because the ramada is a well known brand i didn't research as i usually do and boy did i make a mistake. the hotel room was not clean. the floor was dirty. the shuttle driver didn't even offer to help me with my suitcases even though i waited for his arrival well over the timeframe from hotel to airport. if you can afford a better hotel i suggest you do so because this is a situation where you get what you pay for even when a brand name involved

I was extremely happy with my stay at Ramada. Super friendly hotel with everyone is all smiles at you. Great customer service and value. I would stay here again. This is close to everything and very convenient.

When I came to the Ramada I had a very tiring afternoon but the pleasant smiles and humor of both Frontdesk clerks that was on duty during that time made me smile.I commend the Front desk clerks for a job well done. I was not satisfied with the room but they were able to accomodate and went above and beyond to even send me an apology letter.Thank you guys! I will definitely come back here

I got a really good deal from priceline.com (< 50$ a night). Even with no breakfast and no refrigerator in the room, it's a great price for the hotel. Free basic wi-fi, free parking and free shuttle to the airport.
