A little pricey for average rooms, but best continental breakfast!
Stayed here with my friends and our kids, for the price we paid i thought the rooms would be bigger. But it is worth it to pay the extra money for the continental breakfast- best I've ever had! The pool is ok, looks out over city which is cool. Great location. Next time I go to Seattle I will try a differen hotel to compare.

Excellent Base to Explore Seattle
Needed to overnight prior to departing to Alaska on a cruise the following day. Was pleasantly surprised to find that this property had had a recent makeover. Most important of these to me, after a 10 hour journey to reach the west coast, was a comfy bed and the Sheraton did not fail to deliver! High quality sheets with many fluffy, supportive pillows, coupled with ample towels and amenities made for a great night's rest and helped provide an excellent kickoff for an wonderful Alaskan cruise and subsequent amazing drive down the Oregon coast! The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the monorail to the Space Needle or for a short stroll to the Public Market and its many restaurants. (PS - stayed at the Sheraton Portland. OR Airport before returning home and it was equally as nice as far as airport hotels go! No - I do not work for nor was never a big fan of Sheraton, but am becoming one now!)

Comfortable, but no smoking again!!!!!!
We arrived at the hotel after a rather long delayed flight from the UK.Our check in was very smooth and professional.The room was what you come to expect from a large corparte hotel chain, it was clean and very comfortable.As we are smokers we had to go outside to the smoking areas to partake of our pleasure, but doing so put us in the predicament of facing scroungers!!! It's unbelievable how many people in Seattle smoke, but don't believe in buying them. We must have been asked over 100 times if we could spare a cigarette during our stay in Seattle.The hotel security staff didn't really help as they would let these scroungers approach and hassle us, in the hotels smoking areas.Having travelled extensively in the U.S. we have never been so innundated by scroungers wanting a cigarette.

Nice Experience.
We stayed 5 nights. It's a very nice, clean hotel with friendly, accommodating service. A little pricey at about $165 a night, but that might be the going downtown Seattle rate. No microwave or empty refrigerator, which we missed. 2 full size beds was our only option to an adjoining king room, which we were also disappointed in. The first day we forgot to leave a tip for housekeeping. They did a great job. The rest of the days we left a $3 or $5 tip and we got extra water, coffee and towels... Nice!

Excellent hotel. Great customer service.
I was on a weekend trip with my parents who came for a visit and I must say that the hotel exceeded my expectation. The hotel representatives are really attentive to our needs and are really polite. We asked for extra coffee and it came in less than a few minutes. The location is also great, walking distance to my favorite Cheesecake Factory. The valet parking people are also really nice.One downfall that applies to all the major chain hotels, not just this particular one: I still do not quite get the concept of charging for wireless connection. This is 2013 and I feel that it should have become complementary.
